NY Times Racist OP ED

Just when you thought CNN was the Worst!

The “New York Times” ran an opinion editorial by Ekow N. Yankah which was titled “Can my Children be friends with white people?” a few days ago.  Mr. Yankah is a black professor of Law at Cordozo. This article is nothing more than bold racism, in which he tries to blame his racist ideals on President Trump being elected. The Author then goes into detail on how he will teach his children to hate, this is what extreme views will bring.

They Say Racism is Taught

People say we aren’t born racist we are taught it, here is a great example of that. This is a direct excerpt from his article where he explains what he is teaching his children. “I will teach them to be cautious, I will teach them suspicion, and I will teach them distrust. Much sooner than I thought I would, I will have to discuss with my boys whether they can truly be friends with white people.” That is called grooming a racist. He is blatantly saying you should distrust a man by the color of his skin. Sorry but isn’t that the definition of racism?

More Racist Babble

Mr. Yankah then goes on about how history has given little reason for people of color to trust white men. It seems to me like he wants to make a point that whites and blacks aren’t the same. He even states “I will teach my sons that their beautiful hue is a fault line. Spare me platitudes of how we are all the same on the inside.” Can you imagine if this was written by a white man? The outrage it would of caused and rightfully so. This is slap you in the face racism.

Where’s the Outrage?

One might ask where all the outraged liberals are right now.  Racism is not a two way street, it’s only racist if you happen to be white. The Liberal Culture we are living in believes the white man is the devil; the cause of all things bad, the boogieman under your bed. Personally if you dislike me because of the color of my skin, I really won’t lose any sleep over it.

I do however have an issue with extreme racism being promoted to the masses. You can hide your racist ideology behind any banner you choose, but true Conservative Americans won’t be defeated by your hate filled words or actions.  The Question is not should my children be friends with white people, it Should be; Should anyone be friends with you?

Tomi Lahren’s Final Thought on Fox News was a great response in my opinion.
